The conclave uses ‘Global Cafeteria’ format as a mechanism for driving discussions in the four above-mentioned themes, in an industry-specific way. Each theme is led by a Theme Leader who ensures theme specificity and relevance in discussions. 
A Panel discussion among highly distinguished personalities from the industry sets the business context and rational and imperative for exploring the people-related challenges.
In the first session of the Global Cafeteria format participants explore the challenges with respect to each theme being faced by the industry. The second session comprises generation of applicable solutions in the light of research material available. This, thereafter, becomes the final presentation with an indicative dashboard. The concluding session comprises “bringing it together, taking it forward” with a celebrative “can do, will do” attitude. The sessions will be moderated by two Anchor Facilitators on each day.
